Open Cases Screen
This is the screen that you first see when logging into PurelyClients, from here you can control any of the cases. You can perform searches for clients and open a new case or just simply view client details. You can view open cases and edit them or add information to the cases.

PurelyClients events
From the events screen you can add upcoming events to the system, this includes court hearings, meeting with the witnesses , meeting with the client etc. You can set times that these meetings are happening and the system will send emails to remind you. There is also a tick box that is set to remind the client, the system will also send an email to the client to remind them of the same event.

Corresponence Additions
You can add correspondence to the system, this may be, letters, faxes, emails or meetings with the client. All correspondence can have a reminder time, so if after 14 days you need to chase up an email you sent to the defendants insurance company then the system will email you in 14 days to remind you.

Document trackingt
You can add documents also to the PurelyClients system. If you wish to upload an invoice that you have sent out or a letter that you have received from the defendants solicitors then you can. All documents have a short description for ease of finding in future and are stored in chronological order.
